What is an Archetype? And how do I know which one I am?
You can think of an Archetype like a persona. Characteristics bundled into one expressive way to portray you. All are Archetypes are imagined and not pointing to real psychological results. However, they propose a fun, intimate way of understanding yourself and finding a scent to match that. Our Archetype Guide helps you find yours, try it out right away!
Can I redo the Archetype Guide? I feel in a different mood today.
Absolutely. You can take it as many time as you like, all your prior results will be saved in your profile for you to reminisce whenever that chord strikes.
How does the Archetype sample set work?
We bundle your companions into 2ml vials for you to test, observe and fall in love with - on a low commitment base. It can happen that one of your companions isn't available for the moment, in which case we replace it with another to make up.

My favorite scent is sold out what can I do?
That's probably because you got stellar taste and want what's good - but! You can simply add it to your wishlist and we'll inform you once it's back in stock so you can snatch it off the market immediatly.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You'll get a confirmation e-mail from us and as soon as your order is processed, a tracking link for you to keep a good eye on your incoming obsession.
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
Please get in touch with us if your delivery address has changed, we will aim to provide a quick solution for you to receive your goodie, safe and sound.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship within the EU for now. More locations will follow in foreseeable time, because we wouldn't deprive the world of this beauty now would we.
When will my order be shipped?
We allow 1-2 business days to process your order. We don't operate on weekends and public holidays. If you do have a time sensitive order however, please remark it at checkout, or get in touch with us, so we can work some magic for you.
What is your return policy?

How long will it take until I receive my order?
Within Germany you can hold your order in your hands within 2-3 days. Internationally please allow 7-10 days depending on your area. We promise, it will be worth it.
