Where we ship

Across the European Union. Every order leaves our warehouse in Kirchlengern, Germany, and travels with DHL.

What shipping costs

• Germany: 5,99 EUR standard, Express 9,99 EUR, free from 150 EUR
• Rest of the EU: 13,99 EUR standard, Express 19,99 EUR, free from 200 EUR
• Samples and sample sets: 3,99 EUR within Germany, 6,99 EUR rest of the EU, sent by padded envelope

How long it takes

Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a business day usually leave the same day. After that, or at the weekend, they go out the next business day.

The delivery estimate for your country and your chosen service is shown at checkout, before you pay.

Fragrance contains alcohol and travels as a limited quantity dangerous good (UN 1266). It goes by road, never by air, which is why we ship inside the EU only.

Tracking

You will get a dispatch email with a DHL tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Returns: 14 days, no reason needed

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to change your mind. Email us and we will take it from there.

• From Germany: we send you a prepaid DHL label. Returns are free.
• From other EU countries: you arrange and pay for the return. Contact us first, because fragrance needs UN 1266 labelling and not every service will carry it.

Testing is allowed

Open it. Spray it on a blotter or on your skin, the way you would at a counter. That costs you nothing and is refunded in full.

Wearing it is different. A fragrance that has been used can no longer be sold as new, so we assess the loss in value and deduct it from your refund. A 2ml sample has no resale value left once it has been used, so on samples that deduction can be the full price.

Damaged or wrong item

Email us within 14 days with photos of the outer packaging and the item. We replace or refund it and cover the return in full, wherever you are. Your statutory warranty rights apply on top of all of this.
